Services

FinTrust Advisors is a loan consultancy that assists customers in obtaining loans from partner banks and NBFCs. Final loan approval, interest rate and disbursal are at the sole discretion of the respective lending institution.

Eligibility

All loan applications are subject to the lender's eligibility criteria and credit policy. We do not guarantee loan approval.

Fees

Our advisory service is free. Processing fees and other charges levied by lenders are payable directly to the bank.

Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from decisions taken based on information provided herein.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
